Project Manager

Are you an experienced project manager within the commercial sector of construction, looking for a new challenge? This could be the position for you!

This mid tier developer who specialises in projects such as retirement villages, schools etc is looking for someone who has both practical and technical knowledge in a project management capacity, and who has a clear track record within the construction industry.

You will be managing 2-3 project simultaneously, reporting directly to the managing director. Projects range from $5-20million dollars. Site presence will be required, however you will have the support of a site manager and leading hand on each site.

Dependent on experience a package up to $140,000 is on offer, including a company vehicle.
