This boutique builder has an array of repeat clients. They cover industrial, residential, commercial, public and retail sectors and offer new build and refurbishment services with a focus on building long lasting client relationships.

The role of Project Coordinator / Cadet will see that you are assigned to a Project Manger and operate as hes right hand man. Your duties will include chasing up subcontractors, tender preparation, letting contracts, vendor payments, site inductions and all other legwork the Project Manager requires. This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside a brilliant individual whose knowledge in construction is unsurpassed. You will be lead in a structured manner with ongoing training and encouragement. You will predominately be based in the office and visit site on a weekly basis.

To be successful you will be in either your third or fourth year of studying a Bachelor of Construction Management Degree and have at least twelve months related work experience. You will be available at least four days per week and be up to speed on MS Office, have an energetic approach work and a confident persona.
