Are you experienced running construction sites ???

Our client is a leading precast concrete panel manufacturer located in the western suburbs. They are seeking an experienced individual to join their Construction Department as a Construction Coordinator. This orgainisation works on various large scale developments with many of the top tier developers in NSW.

This position will suit someone that has a solid background in coordinating construction works and who is looking to build a long-term career with a company that recognises and rewards commitment and performance.

Your key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
* Erection planning, involving daily liaison with both customers and internal departments to ensure required panels are manufactured in time for erection.
* Perform regular site visits and liaise with customers in preparation for erection works.
* Ensure all sites are OHS compliant.
* Perform set out of panel positions prior to commencement of erection.
* Prepare load lists for transportation.
* Coordinate post-erection works (grouting, caulking, welding etc) during the post-erection process.
* Record and process variations to original contract agreements.
* Coordinate and manage construction sub-contractors used by the company.
* Liaise with other construction personnel to manage the allocation of resources (crews and equipment).

A good knowledge of precast technology will be viewed as a great advantage however training will be provided if required.

The ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings combined with excellent communication and organisational skills is a must.
