Senior Commercial Estimator

A leading developer is Sydney's south west is seeking an experienced estimator within the commercial sector to join their team!

This developer has 45 years of experience and yet are still continuing to prosper and grow. You will be dealing with jobs ranging up to the $30 million dollar mark, which range in vareity. You will typically be estimating two jobs simutaneously, however this may vary dependant upon workload and project size.

In order to be successful for this role you must have a proven record as an estimator within the commercial sector and a solid knowledge of construction. The ability to work unsupervised is a must, as is a postive can do attitude.

This position is offering a substaintual salary of up to $120,000 dependent on experience. Further you will recieve a bounus upon your success in this role on a yearly bases.
