This contractor has an enviable reputation as one of the most respected Design and Construct contractors globally and this position will provide you with the opportunity to work with the BEST, in terms of innovative design.

You will be involved in managing the conversion process and coordinating the involvement of specialist design support services as well as managing the concept design and detail design phases.

You will have a demonstrated track record in converting opportunities into projects along with concept and detail design experience. This experience would have exposed you to developing client briefs, managing proposal risks, contract negotiation and contract forms. Coordinating project resources and completing master planning, schematic design and design authority documentation, as well as finalising design documentation for construction.

You will be a team player with exceptional planning and negotiation skills with a strong customer focus.
