As Foreman on a $60M High-Density Residential project in an ideal Brisbane location, you will be provided with an experienced, professional site team and access to impressive administrative systems. You will be responsible for:
# Supervision and Organisation of Trades and Labour
# Ordering of Materials
# Short-term Programming
# Progress Reports to Site Manager

Ideally you will have experience with a reputable head contractor on commercial projects over $10M in value. Your project history should include a combination of large-scale residential, commercial and industrial projects in the capacity of Foreman or Site Manager.

This contractor has an excellent reputation in the market. They are currently building an outstanding team of construction professionals to guide their success in 2007 and beyond.
