Capitalising on recent expansion, an opportunity has arisen to join this team on a $5M Mixed Residential/Commercial development on the fringe of Brisbanes CBD. This project represents the chance to work alongside a successful project team during an exciting period in this companys impressive history.
# Operating under an experienced Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the site, including general site safety and reporting procedures. Particularly, you will be responsible for:Maintaining progress in accordance with program
# Coordinating and supervising trades and labour
# Liaison with clients and local authorities

Accordingly, suitable candidates will possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills, will be trade qualified, have a professional presentation and the motivation to be a vital part of this project team. It is expected that you have more than 3 years experience in the Foreman/Site Manager role with a commercial construction company.
