Review of Tender specifications, scope of work.
- Allocation of time frames for activities.
- Preparation of time schedules.
- Preparation / update of projects schedules, progress reports, follow-up sheets, task orders, check lists, work breakdown structures, flow charts and progress curves.
- Preparation of technical submittals.
- Coordination of project activities with different departments, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Working experience in Planning, Quality Assurance and Control, Material Control, Projects Management, Planning and Estimation.
- Awareness of Engineering and Project Management Standards.

Skills

- Minimum 3 years experience in building services
- Experience of at least 5 years in Electro Mechanical power projects
- The ability to coordinate many projects simultaneously
- Ability to work well in a multi cultural environment
