-Performs activities required on a project such as timekeeping, payroll, general accounting, purchasing, warehousing, cost, personnel, insurance, and safety administration
-Ensures that the weekly payroll is processed, each employee is presented with an accurate weekly paycheck, and applicable records are maintained
-Performs the accounting functions that may be required on a project such as invoice processing and approval
-Coordinates the personnel function including maintaining required personnel records, processing the documentation necessary for signups and terminations, and administering employee group insurance programs
-Provides necessary safety administration to ensure that the working environment meets accident prevention standards
-Makes minor field purchases and directs the warehousing operation, if required
-Maintains a cost control system for the project
-Remains knowledgeable of safety policies and procedures as well as performs assigned duties in a safe manner and, while supervising others, has responsibility for their safety and ensures that they comply with established safety policies and procedures and practice safe work habits

Job Requirements

- Degreed with project experience or equivalent in experience
- Typically has 4-8 years of project experience
