The responsibilities of a Construction Manager Sequence II include, but are not limited to:

- Overall responsibility for construction of Polimerization, Tioxan, Crystalization and Tank Farm
- Assist in formulation of detailed construction plans for work in the area
- Plans and manages interfaces among various contractors
- Manages contractors performance for compliance with contracts and construction plans
- Monitors and assesses contractors performance against approved schedules, staffing plans and manpower levels
- Institutes mitigation plans and corrective actions to ensure timely, quality and cost effective completion
- Directs proper and efficient use of contractors resources, including labor, materials, equipment, tools and supplies
- Enforces the project HSE program and monitors contractors compliance; Promotes "0" accidents philosophy
- Ensures the work accomplished meets the project goals and objectives

Job Requirements

The preferred candidate should have:
- 8+ years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in construction of chemical plants

This position may impose requirements specific to the host country, including but not limited to, background checks, medical screens, and Visa requirements.
- Fluency in English and working knowledge of German
