-This includes staffing the Quality Assurance Organization with qualified and knowledgeable Auditors and Certified Lead Auditors, in each discipline,and providing training for staff up grading and to address specific Project requirements.This includes establishing a site wide audit schedule to include auditing of Fluor Construction activities, Quality Control inspection activities, Material handling, control and storage activities, Sub-Contractor construction activities, Testing and control activities and Quality Program availability and effectiveness, that meets Regulatory, Project and Contractual requirements.
-Audits will consist of Compliance based, Performance based and Technical Audits and will be performed on an as needed and as scheduled basis.-Audits will be performed to assure the Project is in compliance with 10CFR50 Appendix B regulatory requirements, ASME Section III and NQA1 requirements. Interface with Project Management, Regulatory Personnel, Project Quality Management and Owner Management to insure that the responsible Management Personnel are kept informed and to insure that corrective actions are implemented in a timely manner, when required.
-Function as an integral part of the Project Quality Organization.

Job Requirements

-Fifteen years of Nuclear Quality Assurance auditing experience
-Be a Certified Lead Auditor with five years of Nuclear Auditing experience to include Performance Based auditing knowledge and experience
-Ten years of Quality Assurance Program Management experience
