The area construction manager will be person on this project who is responsible for:
• Monitoring productivity, cost and implements appropriate action to maintain maximum labor productivity and cost-effectiveness.
• Implementing the Fluor site safety and security procedures and project work rules.
• Reviewing design, scope and approach with regard to constructability and submits recommendations for change.
• Determining manpower levels to attain schedule milestones and monitoring manpower levels and craft mixes to ensure compliance with the construction plan.
Job Requirements
*10 - 15 years of experience in management on large/mega Construction projects.
*Experience in management with MC team managing EC contractors is preferred.
*Engineering degree preferred.
This position may impose requirements specific to the host country, including but not limited to, background checks, medical screens, and Visa requirements.
