Develop high level plans and minimum standards as a member of the Sasol Growth Program MC team that flow down to all EC contractors responsible for execution. Provide management oversight to EC contractors in development of heavy haul routing, logistics planning for major equipment, and rigging studies for major lifts. Coordinates the work activities of all EC contractors involved during the heavy haul transport and rigging planning, heavy lifts and execution efforts.

Plays an active role in the Fluor safety culture on the project, making safety a natural part of all work performed.

Ensures that subordinated are trained and knowledgeable of specifications and work procedures, thta work is being performed in conformance with specified quality requirements.

Monitors the activities of assigned contractors and ensures compliance with project quality, safety and security requirements.

Job Requirements

-Engineering degree.
-Rigging/Scaffolding qualifications.
-5 - 8 years Construction and Technical experience in Rigging and Hevay Haul for major equipment.
- Excellent management skills.

This position may impose requirements specific to the host country, including but not limited to, background checks, medical screens, and Visa requirements.
