Responsibilities:

Reports to the Manager – BU Concrete

Responsible for coordinating and supporting our sales and marketing activities in order to achieve the following:

• Annual budgeted sales turnover and profitability of the Precast Concrete business.

• Develop new business within the precast concrete business.

• Establish regional sales and marketing objectives.

• Motivate, support and provide focus to sales teams to assist them in achieving objectives.

• Coordinate and liaise closely with internal and external business partners.

• Product maintenance and development.

• Effectively respond to market conditions.

Requirements:

• Degree in architectural, building or related fields. MBA will be an added advantage.

• Minimum 5 years experience in sales/marketing of construction products. Experience in precast industry will be an added advantage.

• Excellent computer skills including Powerpoint presentation and Excel spreadsheet application.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.

• Able to work independently and in a team environment.

• Self motivated and possess leadership skills.

• Able to travel frequently.

• Excellent computer skills including Powerpoint presentation and Excel spreadsheet application.

• Fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Salary: Negotiable (please state expected salary).
