Responsibilities:
Reports to the COO.
Responsible for the following:
• Together with Regional Sales Managers and Sales Team, establish and implement strategic plans to develop the Business Unit: Contractor.
• Achieve planned growth and profitability.
• Ensure that the Business Unit is fully manned and / or supported with staffs of suitable caliber.
• Work together with Local Expert Team to develop and introduce suitable products to meet market requirements.
• Control expense budget to maximize effect with respect to profitability and growth.
Requirements:
• University degree in Engineering / Building disciplines. MBA will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years experience in similar industry in managerial position.
• Good inter-personal, leaderships and management skills.
• Excellent computer skills including Powerpoint presentation and Excel spreadsheet application.
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Salary: Negotiable (please state expected salary).
