Building Manager
(Singapore)

Your main responsibilities include tenancy administration and lease management of commercial complexes, and general management duties relating to contracts and estate management. You will need to motivate and lead a team of Property Officers and technicians in this position.

Other responsibilities include maintenance management of mechanical and electrical systems, fire fighting and fire protection system.

You should possess a degree/diploma in Real Estate with at least 3 years of relevant experience in property maintenance of commercial and office complexes. A Fire Safety Manager certificate awarded by Fire Safety Bureau will be an added advantage
