Due to our rapid expansion in operations, we are seeking for committed, dynamic and innovative candidates to join us as:

CORPORATE EXECUTIVE
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:
* HR activities including recruitment, employees relations, HR policies & procedures;
* Assist in the recruitment of foreign workers & local employees;
* Conduct orientation programme for all level of employees;
* Ensure timely Work Permit Application/Renewal/Cancellation/Appeal etc;
* Monitor Work Permit Expiry Date and take necessary follow-up actions;
* Arrange staffs/workers training;
* Assist in day-to-day HR functions;
* Provide admin support & other administrative duties

Requirements:
* Diploma in HRM or any related discipline;
* Preferably 3 years of HR generalist experience in the construction industry;
* Good team player, proactive, adaptable and independent;
* Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and adaptable to a fast paced environment;
* Self-motivated, responsible and well organized;
* Well-versed in local labour laws and legislations especially the workers workmen compensation claim preferred;
* Meticulous, logical individual;
* Ability to start within short notice preferred;
* Applicants should be Singaporean / PR / Malaysian
