Resident Technical Officer
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
* Carry out the day to day inspection and supervision of construction works and signing off mandatory quality records.
* Ensure works are carried out in compliance to approved design, drawings and local authorities' requirements and regulations.
* Compile all necessary documents for RI, TOP and CSC inspections.
* Ensure works are carried out in a safe manner.
* Report to RE/QP any deviations from approved designs/drawing.
Requirements:
* Diploma in Civil / Structural / Mechanical / Electrical or Building Services Engineering or NCSS.
* Registered with BCA/IES as Clerk-of-Works/Resident Technical Officer.
* Min 5 years site supervision.
* Experience in M&E and architectural supervision will be advantageous.
* Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
