Our client SPECIALIZED CONTRACTING COMPANY was establised in 1978, it is a wholly Saudi owned company specialized in building, general constructions, electro-mechanical, marble works and maintenance.
SCC was committed from the beginning to qualify and on-time delivery, this is why it acquired a solid reputation and hence became one of the largest contracting companies in the Kingdom of saudi Arabia.
The company has a wide range of capabilities and resources it possesses the lates equipment and machinery together with an expert manpower and a highly qualified material team.
They are currently seeking of:

Project Manager
(Jeddah, SAUDI ARABIA)

Responsibilities:
* 1. Proper execution of all site activities as per time schedule and specifications and in the most economical ways and make the best use of time, equipment an staff to ensure full compliance with the contract requirements.
* 2. Keep projects on schedule.
* 3. Maintain timely and accurate reporting to management.
* 4. Participation in regular meetings for management and contractors when required.
* 5. prepares various reports to successfully manage the projects, such monthly progress analysis/schedules,billings and status reports.
* 6. Ensure compliance with contract requirements.
* 7. Supervise documentation with contract requirements.
* 8. Supervise documentation of all significant project events.
* 9. Direct pre construction services and activities.
* 10. Maintain quality control (integrity and excellence of completed project).
* 11. Ability to resolve problems effectively and clearly communicate results desired and effectively involve co-workers in problem resolution in order to develop and retain a team atmosphere.
* 12. Must be innovative and creative, attentive to detail and able to work under time pressure.

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): AutoCad, Primavera.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
* 5 Full-Time and Contract position available.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
