LOGISTICS COORDINATOR
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:
* Provide efficient service to customer and distributors on product information relating to pricing, stock availability, order processing, delivery status and shipping documentation
* Assist Logistics Planners in the planning and expediting of orders, lead-times, delivery accuracy and communication with suppliers
* Ensure accurate and timely data processing relating to vendor purchase orders, stock transfer orders and returns
* Coordinate with the warehouse personnel and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery to customers
* Maintain key logistics information in the system and prepare KPI’s and management reports for distribution
* Participate in improvement projects as and when required

Requirements:
* Diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent
* Preferably 2 to 3 years’ of shipping or logistics experience
* Knowledge in AS/400 will be an added advantage
* Meticulous and able to work under pressure against tight deadlines
* Must be computer literate with good communication and interpersonal skills

Company transport will be provided at designated pick up points.
