We appreciate tight interaction among sound technical knowledge, good management skill and information technology to deliver quality service to our client. Due to our expansion programme, we are looking for dynamic, technically capable, highly motivated and self -starting individuals to join our team.

Contract Managers
(Selangor)

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering/Building Technology.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Good in costing, tendering and preparation/ material procurement.
* Good networking with construction/building material suppliers.
* Competent in i) Pre-Contract Negotiation and ii) Post-Contract Negotiation.
* Good IT knowledge is a must and experience in ISO 9000 work environment is an advantage
