Paesa Pasindo Engineering is a national private Company having main business in asphalt hotmix, equipment supply, renewable energy and construction industries. Some of our initiatives are the second installation of brand new Asphalt Mixing Plant, mobile type, with capacity of 100 TPH in the beginning of year 2007, the innovation of precast system named as "PAESA - PSA" in addition to "Less Moment Connection (LMC) - BPR3" and the setting up of new division called "Paesa Energy" specializing in renewable energy business. Those initiatives will ensure Paesa is comparable to other excellent companies. Project Manager/General Superintendent (PM/GS.i)
(Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
* At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent at least 3 years.
* Sound knowledge in Quality & HSE System (ISO 9001:2000, 14001:2007, 18001:2008).
* Leadership/Management competencies to manage and lead the team.
* Good level of problem analytical skill.
* IT Knowledge: Ms. Office, AutoCAD, Ms. Project as minimum.
* Able to work in whole Indonesia national territority.
* Able to work under pressure, target oriented.
