Responsibilities and tasks

• Management of the execution phase of Trees SPS projects,  Stand-alone projects and studies
• Act as Tender Manager when not involved in projects
• Responsible for commercial management including profitability and contract growth
• Contribute to maintaining and developing competence in the project and the department
• Contribute to the maintenance and development of the QM system and secure compliance by the project
• Participate in meetings as required by Contract, e.g. kick-off meetings, audits, and interface meetings
• Implement SAP routines and procedures in the project
• Responsible for the planning and follow up of all activities within the specific project Responsible for completion of the Scope of Work in accordance with the Contract
• Responsible for understanding the Budget, Contract, commitments, risks and opportunities
• Responsible for arranging and participating in regular meetings within the project, e.g. weekly project meetings, cost reporting meetings, pre-meeting
• Responsible for the follow up and coordination of the project, with special attention to HSE, Quality, risk mitigation, commercial and schedule
• Responsible for following the global and Trees PEM procedures, participate in reviews and reporting of PEM status

Qualifications & personal attributes

• 3 years experience from Subsea or Offshore industry
• Bachelor or Master in Engineering
• Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative
• Good English knowledge
