# Have a minimum 2 years experience in Urban Design.
# Understand land development, property industry and town planning principles
# Possess a some knowledge of legislation affecting design, planning, environment and development, and an understanding of planning schemes in South Eastern Queensland
# Thrive on the process of establishing client needs and expectations, and translating these into action with designers, town planners, consultants, surveyors and council representatives
# Endorse the need for accountability and can deliver on time within budget
# Enjoy a leadership role, including the training and mentoring of Assistant Designers
# Are proficient in AutoCad with experience or knowledge of Corel Draw and Photoshop
# Have good organisational and time management skills.
