Large Consulting firm is actively seeking an Electrical Engineer with PLC automation applications experience in Chicago and Indianapolis. Candidate MUST HAVE BS in Electrical Engineering with 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering with PLC automation applications. Candidate must also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to be applied in electrical design, programming, and troubleshooting of packaging machinery and line control systems as well as specific experience with Allen-Bradley (Control Logix, PLC5, SLC500) PLCs, Panel View HMIs, Industrial Communication Networks, and control panel design. Experience with RSView32, Intellution iFix, Wonderware, and Visual Basic is a plus. Solid understanding of GAMP design documentation guidelines and validation of control systems in a cGMP environment is desirable. This position requires the ability to simultaneously organize and successfully execute multiple project responsibilities. Company will pay for relocation. Salary listed is an approximation, so all eligible candidates are encouraged to apply.
