Our northern Mississippi client has an IMMEDIATE NEED for a Human Resources Manager who has a Bachelors degree in Human Resources / Industrial Relations or a related field ( masters is preferred ), and a minimum of 5 years work experience including organizational design and development, training, strategic planning, staffing, compensation and performance management. You MUST HAVE computer skills with proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and HRIS ( Human Resources Information System ); be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously; work in a team environment. Your work experience in the area of coaching for business results, empowering others, leading and managing change, relationship building and coaching, total quality management, high performance management and problem solving will be a large plus. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: provide overall Human Resources leadership, strategic vision for all business unit human resources activities for the local, other domestic as well as international facilities.
