Large Electrical Company is located in Western, Oklahoma, and is actively looking for a Mechanical Engineer for a 4-6 month contract, with plant and project experience. Candidate MUST HAVE BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with 5 years of experience in an electrical plant, and managing projects. Candidate will be responsible for supporting and implementing various plant projects, conducting testing, and budgeting. Candidate should be able to act as a project manager on transmission and substation projects, supervise the installation and testing of electrical and electronic equipment on the transmission system, and prepare project management documents, project budgets, and create documentation for completion and close out of projects according to Rural Utility Service (RUS) guidelines. Salary listed is an approximation, so all eligible candidates are encouraged to apply.
