Client located in Milwaukee, WI is searching for a Program Manager/ Automation. Client is a leading supplier of high-performance power conversion and instrumentation & control systems. The Program Manager will provide comprehensive program management leadership to ensure the successful execution of the Automation department. This position will be a highly visible role. The candidate will establish and implement project plans for assigned projects, maximizing customer satisfaction and business performance. The candidate will coordinate complex cross-functional design decisions on projects with new technologies and/or loosely defined technical work scope. The candidate will train, mentor and appraise project team members. This position requires a Bachelors of Science degree in Engineering and a Masters Degree in Engineering or MBA would be preferred. This position requires 5-7 years of project management experience with highly engineered products. This position requires an broad understanding of Automation systems and platforms. The candidate needs to have knowledge of project cost accounting, forecast planning, and profit planning. Military or Navy product experience is highly desirable. Because of the nature of this clients business you must be a U.S. Citizen to apply for this job, and also have the ability to obtain a security clearance. Relocation is available for the right candidate.
