Long term Contract position. Immediate need for a SUBCONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR based in New Jersey with BA or BS degree in business, accounting or a technical discipline, preferred, and 7-10 years related IT contracts experience including the ability to travel is required. Must be proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Access and have complete understanding and application of principles, theories, concepts, and IT industry practices and standards with specific scope of focus relating to Contracts Review,Negotiation of a Master Agreement and individual transaction nature. Responsible to review requisitions, obtain product or service information, such as price, availability, and delivery schedule, prepares purchase orders or bid requests, reviews bid proposals and negotiates contracts, make recommendations to IT Director Procurement. Successful candidate will purchase IT related Software, Hardware, Equipment of an Overhead and Operations nature. Non-IT related engagements also required as a secondary responsibility.
