IMMEDIATE NEED in the Seattle, WA area for a Maintenance Technician who has a minimum of 5 years work experience as a Maintenance Technician and at least 2 years of technical school or certified training. You MUST HAVE a variety of experience and in depth knowledge in the following areas: mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, Industrial Controls, PLC ladder logic, plumbing, HVAC, welding, metal processing equipment; have a strong knowledge of pumps, valves, power train, gears, bearings, lubricants; be knowledgeable and able to read blue prints; plan projects; lead team members and coordinate tasks. The responsibilities include but are not limited to: performing maintenance, repair, and modifications of building facility equipment according to federal, state and local codes, and / or manufactures specifications for all production and facilities equipment. Your compensation will be commensurate with your experience and expertise.
