Maintenance Supervisor - E & I/Supervision/Controls

A manufacturer of paper products is actively searching for an Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor for a direct hire position in western Montana. You will be responsible for managing and directing the work of hourly E&I team members, working closely with maintenance managers, engineers and production managers. A minimum of 5 years leadership experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus in the Electrical/Instrumentation Maintenance field is required along with strong communication, planning and organizational skills to improve equipment reliability and productivity. The position requires an engineering degree, knowledge in OSHA standards, electrical controls, power distribution, PLC, and drive systems. You must be able to troubleshoot, analyze and repair electrical control circuits and loops and be proficient in wiring, reading schematics as well as single line, process flow and loop diagrams.
