Senior Project Manager - Construction/Heavy Industrial/Management

A heavy industrial construction company is actively searching for a Senior Project Manager for a direct hire position north of Denver, Colorado. Candidates must have a BS Engineering Degree or Construction Management and at least 15 years of management experience preferably 5 years as a Senior Project Manager. Additional experience in field supervision, construction engineering, estimating and project management preferred. Need to have experience in the following areas: boilers, heat recovery, Air Quality Control systems, ASME Code type projects, plant process piping, proficient in project administrative duties including selecting and directing project staffs, cost and schedule control, contract management, project quality and safety. This company targets industrial markets that include power, chemical, mining and minerals, Air Quality Control systems. The main job function will be to oversee multiple site management teams for the construction of industrial projects. Duties include the following: Monitoring the development and progressing of project scheduling and cost control, change management; Oversight of project to insure safe and quality construction practices are followed; Client relations; Oversight of procurement practices; Assist the Operations Manager with recruiting and placing industrial construction professionals. Position will require extensive business travel and may require living for an extended time at or near a project site. This is a great opportunity to get in the door with a growing company.
