A designer of aircraft and missile components has an immediate need for a Program Manager. This successful candidate must have a Bachelor Science degree in Engineering. The Program manager must have a minimum of 3 years experience in related work, with at least 3 years of successful management experience of hardware and software projects. Ideal candidate should be experienced in customer interaction, including a leading role with design reviews, and to provide effective leadership.
Ideally the candidate will be knowledgeable of electro-mechanical actuators and their associated controls. The candidate must be proficient with scheduling, cost and status reporting systems. Travel to customer's sites will be required.
Company offers an excellent benefits package and salary is commensurate with experience.
