GREAT CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY- A worldwide provider of engineering, construction and operations services is very actively searching for a Structural Engineer. The right candidate will have 10 years experience with solid experience in STEEL and Concrete DESIGN in heavy industrial facilities. MSCE, PE License and experience with STAAD and AutoCAD is a plus. Experience in industrial building design. Requires knowledge and application of standardized Building Codes and must have knowledge and application of ACI, AISC and ASCE design standards and codes. Candidate must be self-disciplined, able to work under minimal supervision and will be responsible for performing all aspects for complete design of structural engineering assignments. Requires skills to produce detailed design calculations associated with the projects, assist the drafting group in resolving routine layout and detailing problems, perform field work necessary to gather field data, check tie-ins and provide construction support. Must have theoretical and practical experience with structural analysis programs, be proficient in the use of MS Word and Excel, and have working knowledge of AutoCad. GREAT OPPORTUNITY.
