An Atlanta contractor specializing in painting and wall coverings (28 years in business) is expanding. As a result of this growth there is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Estimator/Project Manager. Applicants must have experience in estimating and knowledge of take-offs. A college degree in related area or a minimum of 3+ years of on-the-job training and estimating systems would be beneficial. Experience in industrial estimating or commercial projects such as schools, hospitals, jails, government buildings, and high rise office and apartments are preferred. The right candidate will possess the following skills: strong construction knowledge, digital blue-print reading skills, team oriented, strong personal character, honest, drug-free and possesses good analytical, written, and verbal skills. This client provides a highly competitive salary, bonus structure, benefits, and re-location compensation for the right candidate.
