Excellent opportunity for a Technical Support Engineer with a leading global compressor company in Houston, TX. Requires a BS in Mechanical Engineering and 5+ years experience with industrial reciprocating compressors (from small HP to 500HP up to 1000HP). This position will have overall responsibility for management of all technical support issues, including service contracts, ensure superior customer satisfaction, provide technical review, support and analysis, assess and prioritize notification requests, solve client problems, implement solutions, manage engineering requests and coordinate with and assist FSR (Field Service Reps) where needed. Approximately 10% travel. Great pay and benefits, and relocation paid to the right candidate. Dont miss this opportunity!
