An industrial equipment manufacturer located near Cincinnati, OH is actively searching for an installation/construction estimator. In this role you will be doing installation estimates on the installation of conveyors, bulk materials handlers and similar equipment up to 2 million in costs. This positions requires 3 or more year experience estimating construction projects for industrial & manufacturing plant environments. This includes solicitation of bids, prequalification of vendors and subcontractors, takeoffs, budgetary and firm cost estimates, bidding of the project, negotiating and writing of subcontracts, initial project scheduling, writing of change orders and maintaining cost of project. Must be proficient with MS Excel. Structural steel estimating experience is a plus.
