IMMEDIATE NEED in east Tennessee for a Plating Supervisor who has 5 years work experience as a Supervisor or 5 years working in a plant where a plating process is a major portion of the operation. Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to; supervision and facilitation of the activities of the plating manufacturing operations; supervising departmental hourly workers; oversee operations, schedule production and line maintenance, provide technical support for plating and strip plating processes; coordinate with chemical testing lab; provide technical support for Multi-Ply plating processes, oblique plating processes, inside and outside waste treatment. In addition, you will work with EH&S Department to assure processes, personnel, and equipment operate in a safe and environmentally compliant manner; coordinate Maintenance Department work in assigned areas; develop cost reduction initiatives; work with Quality Department to assure products meet or exceed specifications. Local candidates preferred. Your compensation will be commensurate with your experience.
