ACTIVELY SEARCHING- Global leader in facilities services has an immediate need for an HVAC CONTROLS TECHNICIAN with mechanical, technical and HVAC experience needed in the Baltimore, MD -D.C. area to perform scheduled routine preventive maintenance on mechanical or electrical equipment systems. Requires 4 years related mechanical, technical and HVAC, DC electronic controls experience. Must have programming, start up and commissioning of HVAC controls, DDS, and building automation systems. Responsible to handle emergency service calls to keep system downtime to minimum, analyze, trouble-shoot, repair and restore equipment and systems to full operation and makes recommends to improve system. This is a contract opening that could lead to a permanent position with this company. APPLY TODAY START THIS WEEK.
