Engineering client has an IMMEDIATE NEED for a Sr. Chemical Process Engineer/Supervisor with 10-20+ years of experience developing, enhancing, & implementing process design configurations for chemical processing systems. Specific experience as a Process Engineer in fermentation, distillation, evaporation, and/or separation processes is preferred. Specific experience with biodiesel, alcohol or ethanol plant design would be a plus. You need a BSChE degree, advanced degrees considered a plus. You need Chemical engineering simulation software experience with ASPEN, ChemCAD, or similar commercial simulation tools. You will assess your client's plant, facilities, & process arrangements and develop optimal process design approaches for cost effective integration into their facilities. You will be responsible for establishing process equipment configurations, developing process mass & energy balances and assisting in the development of P&ID's including line sizing, materials of construction, & process control philosophy implementation. You will also be expected to develop equipment process & capacity specifications for heat exchangers, distillation columns, column internals (trays and/or packing), vessels, tanks, pumps, filters, instrumentation and control elements, and major equipment components associated with these systems. You will also assist in the preparation and review of component procurement specifications as well as review vendor quotations. Great opportunity, pay, benefits and good relocation package.

• Do you have a BSChE degree?

• Do you have experience as a Chemical Process Engineer involved with developing, enhancing, & implementing process design configurations for chemical processing systems? Any experience with biodiesel, alcohol or ethanol plant design?
