MANUFACTURING ENGINEER needed in Missouri. Requires BS Degree in Engineering and 3 to 5+ years experience in manufacturing components preferably including products such as metal castings and components such as ductile iron, aluminum, bronze, and copper from such industries as electrical, automotive, aeronautical, consumer goods, or other industries. Periodic travel less than 25%.

Position responsible for optimizing manufacturing line production cost savings and quality. Will team in applying continuous improvements process such as Kaizen; trouble shoot and resolve manufacturing issues relating to cost, quality, and reliability; provide technical support to manufacturing line staff; evaluate and work to optimize ergonomic issues in the manufacturing process; work with product engineering in process of product changes and new products to factor in manufacturing productions issues; develop cost estimates for existing product lines; and travel to other facilities for manufacturing related issues.
