World wide leader of medical products and services is seeking a part time (20 hours per week) Telecommunications Systems Support Analyst for a 6 month contract assignment in Duluth, GA. Candidate will generally work from 8:00AM to 12:00PM M-F, but may be call on to provide technical support outside that AM shift as needed. Candidate will provide on-site support for systems including PBX/Voicemail account creation/deletion, audio conference account setup, hardware troubleshooting, inventory management, project support, on-site contact for vendor access and management, VIP desk side support for telephony, hardware installation, voice network (carrier services) support, call accounting administration, miscellaneous system administration.
