Oil refiner is searching for a MARKETING, SALES & LOGISTICS COORDINATOR with 2+ years experience to work in their NE OH office. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining relationships with customers on behalf of the company by being the front-line coordinator for each customer contact to ensure that all customer requirements are completely met in a positive, professional manner. They will also serve as the first point of contact for customers who have problems or questions about a product or service for which they have contracted to the company. They are responsible for working with the sales representatives, operations and administrative staff. A two year degree is a plus but related industry experience is required. The candidate must be articulate, a good listener with excellent command of the English language in both written and oral forms; computer literate, keyboarding skills with demonstrated ability to manage complex relational databases ; adaptable to changing priorities and ability to work effectively with short deadlines. Basic knowledge of oil or organic chemistry in the oil and/or petrochemical industry is highly desirable. Relocation assistance available for the ideal candidate.
