Geologist - Enviromental/Transport Model/Hydrogeology

Location: Nashville, TN, USA
An engineering firm in the Nashville, TN area is actively searching for a Project Geologist/Hydrogeologist. The candidate will have 5 years or more of experience, with an interest in environmental work. Risk assessment and/or fate and transport modeling experience is a must. Day-to-day responsibilities include soil/groundwater sampling plan, implementation, environmental site investigations, soil/groundwater remediation design, and risk assessments. Industrial facilities and small businesses make up most of the clientele. Between 10 and 50% travel is required, depending on the season or work flow. Ability to work outdoors in all conditions required. AutoCad ability a plus. BS or MS from an accredited 4 year university is required. Compensation based on experience.
