Large Telecommunications Company is actively looking for a Financial Analyst for a 6-12 month contract in Northeastern, Virginia, with experience in information technology, and systems. Candidate MUST HAVE BS in Business or a related field, and 5-7 years of experience with information technology, financial management system implementation, and management of financial systems for federal agencies. Candidate must also have experience with Momentum or Peoplesoft, knowledge of CGAC and FSIO compliance requirements for financial systems, and understanding of the relationships between Enterprise Architecture and enterprise governance, investment control, and program reviews. Knowledge and practical experience in full systems development life cycle and methodologies is desired. TS.SCI clearance is required. Company will pay for relocation. Salary listed is an approximation, so all eligible candidates are encouraged to apply.
