IMMEDIATE NEED! Client just North of Grand Rapids, MI is actively looking for a HANDS-ON Project Leader ( Machine Build and Installation ) to lead a machine build team to handle assembly, installation, and qualification of ultra-high precision equipment. The Project Leader should have an Associates Degree in a technical field, BS preferred and 7+ years of HANDS-ON experience in a complex/PLC controlled machine build and installation environment! Must be proficient in reading electrical schematics and mechanical drawings. Prior project leadership experienced required! Certification in Machine Trades and prior experience with vacuum processes is preferred! Must be willing to work all shifts and operate successfully in a fast paced environment. The Project Leader's duties will include but not limited to developing & executing a detailed plan for equipment build, installation and qualification. Drive task completion to meet strict plan requirements of safety, quality, delivery and cost. Ensure adherence to ECD/USO Safety Standards and identify and implement actions to improve overall performance of assigned area. Looking for local candidates!
