Long term IMMEDIATE CONTRACT ASSIGNMENT with Virginia Utility seeking a Project Coordinator for engineering and construction projects. 5+ years experience with experience in coordinating budgetary aspects of transmission line construction and engineering projects. Experience with Primavera P3 is preferred. Experience with design, construction, material acquisition, and right of way acquisition. Experience in administration of contracts, performing project analysis and other support to Project Manager, Construction Management and Project Leads. Experience performing project cost analysis and evaluation of labor, material, and construction costs, timelines, scheduling, specifications, negotiations, planning and coordination. Experience in writing work orders, creating contract releases and payment authorizations, monitoring and reporting on project budgets. Additionally, experience with tracking of cost and budgets, reporting on budget variances and projections, and work order completion. Experience with coordinating payment of invoices, providing cost breakdowns and information for project cost estimators. Specific experience with extracting and compiling of information into computer database programs such as: Excel, Access, or other commonly used spreadsheet programs. Must have previous experience working on large construction projects and interfacing with engineering and construction companies during design and build phase of the projects.

• Describe your experience with coordinating budgetary aspects of transmission line construction and engineering projects. Describe your experience with design, construction, material acquisition, and right of way acquisition. Describe your experience using Primavera P3 Scheduling software.

• Describe your experience with being proactive and resourceful to assure all projects are meeting the goals of capital plan by effectively managing, measuring and controlling.

• Describe your experience in writing work orders, creating contract releases and payment authorizations, monitoring and reporting on project budgets. Additionally, experience with tracking of cost and budgets, reporting on budget variances and projections, and work order completion. Experience with coordinating payment of invoices, providing cost breakdowns and information for project cost estimators.
