IMMEDIATE NEED in the Houston, TX area for an Account Manager of Aftermarket Sales who has 8 years ever increasing sales responsibility and a Bachelors degree, an Engineering or Technical degree is preferred. The responsibilities of this position will include, but will not be limited to: working with existing accounts to continue sales growth; establish new accounts; develop customer relations programs; follow up on quotations; documentation of problems; staying up to date on technical knowledge, products, procedures; achieve financial goals; work closely with internal key personnel to respond to your customers in a timely manner. Your experience selling large pieces of equipment with long sales cycles will be a plus as will your experience with compressors. Travel is a major portion of this position. Your compensation will be commensurate with your experience and expertise. This position is bonus eligible. Relocation assistance may be available.
Questions you will be asked:

• What Bachelors degree do you presently hold and from what college or university did you graduate?

• Tell us about your experience selling large pieces of equipment and provide us with your verifiable sales quota and quota achievement for 2007.

• Tell us about any experience you have selling compressors.

• What is your 2008 quota and how close are you in relation to attaining that quota?

• Do you have a valid drivers license form the state you are presently living in?
