IMMEDIATE NEED! Client located near Albany, NY is actively looking for an experienced Lead Chemist to join their Analytical Chemistry Group. The Chemist MUST HAVE a B.S. Chemistry or B.A. Chemistry Degree and equivalent work experience with Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectroscopy, Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry and Ion Chromatography! The applicant will conduct simple, routine, complex qualitative and quantitative chemical and physical testing. Will evaluate materials for compliance to standards and specifications. Conduct research to develop, validate, standardize and implement new procedures while repairing, maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment and instrumentation. Must be knowledgeable of hazardous/non-hazardous waste generation practices and of intra-plant hazardous/non-hazardous waste transportation practices! The Chemist must be able to work independently and in a team environment, be customer focused, organized and have excellent communication and problem solving skills! Will need to perform other assigned duties as well!

• Briefly discuss your previous experience with Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectroscopy.

• Briefly describe your Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry and Ion Chromatography experience.

• Detail your experience conducting qualitative and quantitative chemical and physical testing.

• Where are you located now and how soon can you start?
