NUCLEAR PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS/PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT. Great opportunities. Requires BS Degree in Engineering OR equivalent education and training and a minimum of 10 years experience in commercial nuclear power. A PLUS to have or have had SRO or STA certification. Must have good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS MANAGER position will oversee IMPLEMENTATION of the performance improvement program, corrective action program, and operating experience program working throughout the organization. Requires a minimum of 5 years of commercial nuclear power plant experience working or interfacing directly with maintenance, operations, and engineering gaining a solid knowledge of nuclear operations and maintenance. Will direct and lead the process of establishing and monitoring process status, standards and metrics, and implementation plans including training and procedure changes. Must be familiar with nuclear power plant governing documents such as 10CFR, FSAR, ANSI, QA, etc. Need 2 years supervisory experience.

PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT MANAGER position will DEVELOP performance improvement procedures for commercial nuclear power plant engineering, operations, and maintenance activities meeting INPO guidelines for performance improvement. Will interface actively throughout the O&M and Engineering team to optimize the performance improvement plan and corrective action program incorporating human factors, self assessments, and operating experience. Will ensure the INPO performance improvement model is understood for application throughout the facility and serve as technical expert in performance improvement methods and requirements for support software. Need 10 years experience in nuclear power plant performance improvement activities. A PLUS to have formal performance improvement training.
